The Marketing Automation Specialist is a technology savvy, self-starter who feels comfortable working at the intersection of sales, marketing and customer service to support lead management and revenue growth. The candidate will develop and communicate best CRM practices, setup and execute automation campaigns to ensure customer database is leveraged for optimal results, and support the digital strategies for new customer acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of the new customer acquisition funnel
  2. Establish an efficient lead management processes by creating and editing automated workflows
  3. Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to communicate new marketing campaigns, gain feedback on the quality of leads, and sustain a strategy that results in new customer growth
  4. Provide regular feedback on advertising campaigns and landing page performance as related to driving new customers
  5. Onboard newly hired staff onto the CRM and conduct 1 on 1 training with other CRM users as needed
  6. Build strategic, segmented customer lists based on various criteria to drive marketing automation
  7. Develop targeted customer journeys based on actions the customers have taken
  8. Regularly meet with customer experience representative coaches to review Customer Experience goals and targets related to conversions and revenue
  9. Communicate all digital marketing initiatives and monthly forecasted leads to inform Call Center scheduling
  10. Regularly track and report on conversion and revenue KPIs, customer journeys, and make recommendations for areas of optimization to the Marketing Team as related to new customer acquisitions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of results-drive CRM and marketing automation experience (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Pipedrive, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot) including building workflows and landing pages, creating customer journeys, managing a lead database, and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising channels, including: Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and Email Marketing
  • Analytical thinker with a can-do, problem-solving attitude and a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics
  • Solid understanding of lead generation techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don't go your way.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment
